“Thank you, looking forward to it.” Amanda disconnected the call. Her meal-delivery subscription service would start next week. It would not do to go back to an only-pizza diet after her doctor’s appointment. This time she had to arrange things properly.

A week earlier, after she had woken up from her daze, Mandy had seen her doctor. He had explained, in broad strokes, what his treatment meant and why she was feeling the way she was. He had revealed why she had these sexy flashbacks and that they might diminish over time, but they also might not. The brain was still a fickle and misunderstood part of the body. So he had given Amanda two options: live with the sexy dreams and hope that they would go away by themselves, or commit to the treatment and continue life as Mandy.
